Congrats to the Grand Prize Winner Lauren Brazel

Lauren Brazel of Tinley Park High School earned the top grand-prize winner's honors. Her announcement was made with rounds of local attention and culminated with a school-wide pep rally with local media in attendance.

The community felt the joy of the day and celebrated the strength of Lauren Brazel and the strength of Kleenex.

Across the country, there is an educator shortage. It is imperative that we highlight those that go above and beyond to not only celebrate but attract new people to the profession.

Teaching is hard...and seems to be getting even more challenging. These types of contests shine a spotlight on the good that is being done across the country in our schools for the benefit of our students.
— Theresa Nolan, Principal of Tinley Park High School
