Jersey Mike’s Student Hiring Program
Jersey Mike’s aimed to deepen its high school relationships and drive employee applicants by investing in school counselors.
Local stores saw applications and leads increase as a direct result of this initiative and new employees hired from thanking school counselors and offering them resources. The program resulted in valuable in-store employment.
