About the Role

Campus Multimedia is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help power the campaigns that connect brands with schools and youth programs nationwide. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing high-impact email marketing initiatives—bringing campaigns to life, optimizing performance, and helping us better reach and engage K-12 communities at scale.

You’ll collaborate with our Marketing Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to write, launch, and optimize high-performing email campaigns and other 1:many initiatives that drive engagement and results. You'll also help coordinate program communications, internal project workflows, and keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. This role plays an important part in helping to ensure campaigns and programs run smoothly across the organization. Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud—from drafting and QA to launch and optimization

  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to bring campaigns to life across SponsorPlace and Campus Multimedia initiatives

  • Monitor evolving program needs and proactively adjust campaigns to support changing priorities

  • Analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve conversion

  • Support the build and optimization of sales cadences, automated lifecycle journeys, SMS communication, and email newsletters

  • Experiment with new tactics and messaging to better reach and engage school audiences

  • Assist with Salesforce CRM updates, reports, form builds, and landing page edits to support campaign execution

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 years of experience in an email marketing role

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines and priorities

  • Proficiency in writing and editing clear, engaging marketing copy

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a big plus)

  • Experience with a task management tool like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and apply learnings

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines and priorities

  • Curious, proactive, and willing to test new ideas

  • Interest in education, community-focused marketing, or purpose-driven work is a plus

  • Proficiency in any of SQL, HTML, or Ampscript is a plus
