About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to lead our healthcare brand partnership efforts. This person will be focused on generating revenue for our School Wellness Initiatives by cultivating partnerships in the healthcare and wellness space, including health systems, children’s hospitals, and consumer brands with initiatives to support physical and mental wellness in schools.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead revenue growth within the healthcare and wellness category by generating partnerships for our school-based wellness initiatives that provide physical and mental wellness resources to schools including resources from strategic partners such as The Kid’s Mental Health Foundation.
Leverage your existing network to build strong partnerships with healthcare decision-makers (CMOs, community marketing leads, foundation execs, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to craft and deliver high-impact wellness campaigns that support both brand objectives and student well-being
Prospect and nurture long-term client relationships with local, regional, and national healthcare organizations
Build thoughtful and strategic sales outreach and pitch materials tailored for healthcare decision-makers
Provide guidance on sales strategy, category insights, and partnership structures for healthcare-focused opportunities
Accurately manage your pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce
Represent Campus Multimedia at relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of experience in brand partnerships or B2B sales, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry
A proven track record of selling into health systems, children’s hospitals, or related organizations
A robust network of contacts in the healthcare industry
Passionate about promoting wellness, health equity, and community-based initiatives
Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and closer
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—can thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Willingness to travel for key meetings, conferences, and client activations
Experience working in or with nonprofit hospital foundations
Prior involvement in school-based or community wellness programs
Understanding of healthcare compliance as it relates to marketing or sponsorship
