About the Role
This is a high-impact sales role for a driven and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in fast-moving, revenue-focused environments. As a mid-senior level sales leader at Campus Multimedia, you will be responsible for fueling growth by securing new business partnerships and expanding existing relationships across a multitude of categories. You will have the opportunity to shape sales strategy, consult with brand and agency decision-makers, and directly influence the trajectory of a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate is consultative, solutions-oriented, and relentless in pursuing opportunities that drive meaningful results for both clients and the company.

Primary Responsibilities
Drive new business revenue for Campus Multimedia by building partnerships across a wide range of industries. This role offers the entrepreneurial freedom to pursue opportunities in established categories such as consumer brands, media, healthcare, wellness, technology, and lifestyle, while also exploring and unlocking untapped markets that align with company growth goals.
Lead with a consultative sales approach—uncover client needs, design tailored solutions, and pivot strategies as necessary.
Prospect and directly engage with brands and media agencies at both national and regional levels to establish and grow key relationships.
Actively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through closing, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
Provide guidance on sales strategy, process development, sales materials, and Salesforce CRM administration.
Collaborate in proactive and reactive brainstorming sessions to develop creative client solutions.
Represent the company at industry meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Build and sustain deep, trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers across industries.
Adhere to the company’s creative direction and brand guidelines while championing innovation in client solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in sports sponsorships, integrated partnerships, or brand/agency solutions. (Experience in high school or college sports sponsorships strongly preferred.)
Demonstrated ability to secure new six- and seven-figure clients and to renew and grow existing accounts.
Deep understanding of brand marketers’ strategies and how they activate across multiple categories.
Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through sophisticated, consultative selling.
Strategic and creative thinker with strong tactical execution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing, evolving startup environment.
Strong self-discipline, motivation, and organizational skills, with a tireless work ethic.
Willingness to travel nationally and regionally as required.

Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce/CRM, Slack, ClickUp, AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
