A Growing Collaboration: Campus Multimedia, GoHealth Urgent Care and Partners Bring Wellness Support to School Nurses and Now Teachers

What started in the nurse's office is now impacting classrooms. Campus Multimedia has joined with GoHealth Urgent Care and its health system partners to expand their school activation program, moving from last winter's Wellness Kits initiative for school nurses into a new Back-to-School Teacher Resource Kit for classrooms nationwide.

Phase One: Supporting School Nurses

Last winter, Campus Multimedia worked with GoHealth Urgent Care and four of its health system partners to deliver Winter Wellness Kits to 250 schools, reaching 142,000 students across the country. School nurses received supplies like bandages, tissues, reusable hot and cold packs, deodorants, and take-home wellness materials for families, tools that reduced classroom disruptions and supported the everyday work of school health offices.

The response made clear how much these resources mattered. A nurse at St. Laurence Catholic School shared that "the tissues have been very useful in keeping germs in the classrooms, the deodorant has been helpful with the middle school students and learning about good hygiene, and the bandaids and cups have been very useful in the clinic." At Warring Elementary School, the kits helped remove basic barriers to learning, giving students access to hygiene supplies they didn't have at home. Saw Mill Road Elementary saw younger kids light up over stickers and crayons, while older students appreciated the deodorant.

Phase Two: Supporting Teachers and Classrooms

Now, Campus Multimedia is extending that same innovative program with GoHealth Urgent Care into the classroom through Back-to-School Teacher Resource Kits, designed to support educator wellness and classroom readiness during the busiest weeks of the school year.

This expansion brings together Campus Multimedia, GoHealth Urgent Care, and the same four health system partners:

  • Houston, TX – Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care

  • New York – Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

  • Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma – Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

  • Pennsylvania and West Virginia – UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

Together, this collaboration is carrying forward a shared commitment to community wellness, moving from the nurse's office into every classroom teachers manage each day.

What's Inside Each Kit

Each participating school will receive a Teacher Support & Activation package built for the first months of school.

50 Back-to-School Survival Bags, each including:

  • A clear bag for easy classroom storage

  • 5 calm strips

  • 1 branded notepad

  • 1 branded pen

  • 1 encouragement note from GoHealth Urgent Care with a back-to-school message

  • 1 8x10 Healthy Habits Sign covering handwashing, covering coughs, and hydration

  • 10 Band-Aids for classroom use

  • 25 wellness-themed coloring sheets

These kits give teachers supplies they'll actually reach for during the busiest weeks of the year while reinforcing healthy habits for the students in their care.

Extending the Mission

Campus Multimedia and GoHealth Urgent Care see this as a natural next step in a long-term commitment to preventive care and community wellness. School nurses are the first line of defense for student health. Teachers are the ones building the daily routines that keep classrooms healthy and running smoothly. Supporting both means a stronger start to the school year for everyone involved.

This community program reflects what Campus Multimedia, GoHealth Urgent Care, and its health system partners do best: showing up for the communities they serve with resources people can actually use.
