About the Role

This is not a traditional sales management role.

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who understands how schools operate, knows how to build and coach high-performing teams, and can help us scale nationally across both K-12 schools and youth sports organizations.

This role will oversee our school sales organization and customer success team — with a specific focus on driving community growth and school district adoption of SponsorPlace, our sponsorship platform for K-12 athletics. You’ll own the full motion: outreach, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and develop our Community Sales team focused on school and district partnerships

  • Coach sales managers and individual contributors on outreach strategy, pipeline management, demos, and closing

  • Create accountability around goals, activity, and performance metrics

  • Help build scalable sales systems, processes, and playbooks

  • Identify new growth opportunities across schools, districts, booster clubs, athletic programs, and youth leagues

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder school district relationships — from principals and ADs to district-level decision makers — and build the trust required to drive adoption of SponsorPlace at scale

Customer Success Oversight

  • Oversee customer success and retention efforts to ensure schools and organizations are supported long after signing

  • Improve onboarding, engagement, renewals, and long-term customer satisfaction

  • Partner with teams internally to improve the customer experience across the full lifecycle

Strategic Growth

  • Help expand Campus Multimedia’s footprint in youth sports and community-based organizations

  • Think creatively about partnerships, market opportunities, and scalable growth channels

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, staffing, forecasting, and operational planning

  • Provide real-world market feedback that helps improve our platform, messaging, and offerings

Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, customer success, or business development

  • Experience leading and developing teams

  • Strong understanding of how schools, districts, athletics, or youth organizations operate

  • Proven ability to hit revenue goals and grow accounts

  • High emotional intelligence and strong people leadership skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Comfortable working at a company of our size — where you build the system, not just run it; this is not a role where infrastructure is handed to you

  • Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Strong candidates may come from: K-12 education sales, sports technology, school partnerships, EdTech, youth sports organizations, community engagement or fundraising platforms
