About Campus Multimedia

Campus Multimedia is an Alpharetta, GA-based sponsorship sales and representation firm. We work with national brands to drive revenue through integrated marketing programs built around custom K-12 school communication channels.

We exist to make school life better — for students, teachers, and administrators — by connecting them with brand partners who add value. With 100,000+ school relationships across the country, we offer brands unmatched scale inside the K-12 ecosystem. We're growing fast and building the team to match.

Current examples of CM brand partners include: Jersey Mike’s Subs, DoorDash, Planet Fitness, Kimberly-Clark (Kleenex), and the Kids Mental Health Foundation.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of brand partnership programs — from onboarding through fulfillment and reporting — while building real, lasting relationships with the clients and school affiliates you serve.

This is an execution-heavy, relationship-forward role. You'll sit at the center of Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, keeping complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs on track while consistently delivering a high-quality client experience. You'll also help us grow and manage a K-12 social influencer network of creators aligned to brand partner goals.

A successful fit for this position will be a self-motivated, proactive, organized, and upbeat person who likes taking initiative and desires to meaningfully contribute to our fast-growing company.

Culture Fit

Candidate must embody Campus Multimedia values of I.M.P.A.C.T., which demonstrates our ability to deliver value to our customers, create measurable change in our industry and have a positive influence on our colleagues and partners:

Integrity – Do the right thing every time. Modernization - Courageously pursue progress.
People First – Care big. Celebrate big. Accountability – Proactively OWN IT! Communication – Intentional Transparency Teamwork – Together, Everyone Wins

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program fulfillment for brand partners — artwork approvals, vendor coordination, ordering, and shipping — ensuring every deliverable is on time and on spec

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners: agencies, clients, and vendors — building relationships that make them want to keep working with us

  • Build and manage a K-12 social influencer network in collaboration with the marketing team, including recruitment, contract negotiations, creative direction, and ongoing relationship management aligned to brand partner objectives

  • Lead weekly planning and status calls with partners, keeping programs moving and proactively surfacing issues before they become problems

  • Build and manage program timelines in ClickUp, communicating clearly with all stakeholders on milestones and deadlines

  • Develop post-program evaluations and proof-of-performance reports that demonstrate real impact and support renewals

  • Monitor internal program spend to protect margins and flag discrepancies early

  • Maintain accuracy of school CRM records in partnership with the Business Intelligence team

  • Contribute to brainstorming for current and prospective clients — both reactively and proactively

Ideal Candidate

Exceptionally organized

You don't let things fall through the cracks. You track what's open, you close loops, and you don't consider something done until it's actually done. Managing multiple programs simultaneously — each with their own timelines, stakeholders, and moving pieces — is where you thrive, not where you struggle.

Genuinely relationship-driven

You get energy from building real connections — not just managing transactions. You know that client trust is earned through consistency and follow-through, and you invest in that over time. Partners should feel like they have a true advocate on their side.

Fanatical about customer experience

You hold a high bar for how partners and school affiliates experience working with us. You're not satisfied with "fine" — you want every touchpoint to feel professional, timely, and thoughtful.

A team player

You share wins, flag problems early, and never play politics. You understand that the company succeeding matters more than individual credit, and you operate accordingly.

Fluent in social & creator culture

You have experience working with creators or influencers and understand how to activate them authentically, ideally inside a niche or community-based ecosystem. Bonus if you've done this in an education or youth-adjacent context.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand activation, account management, field marketing, or a closely related role

  • Demonstrated experience managing social/digital or influencer programs

  • Exceptional organizational skills — you've managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects and can prove it

  • Strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable with senior-level client conversations

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ClickUp (or similar PM tools), and Microsoft 365

  • Bachelor's degree required

This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Campus Multimedia is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
