About the Role

This role will serve as the client services point of contact for regional and franchisee partners interfacing with internal and external resources to ensure that contractual obligations are met, and exceptional service is delivered. This position will assist in establishing a best-in-class service department that helps drive and grow successful partnerships. Exceptional project management expertise and a maniacal attention to detail is required. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Business Intelligence and Marketing teams, and will report to the VP of Partnerships.

This position will be responsible for working with our K-12 school relationships to fulfill client programs and partnerships as well as grow current and future programs and properties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee program fulfillment for brand partners (artwork approvals, ordering items, etc.) and shipping of confirmed marketing programs.

  • Manage relationships with brand partners including interaction with clients, agencies and vendors for development and implementation of their activation and promotional activities.

  • Host weekly planning/activation status calls with partners.

  • Implement and communicate program timelines through use of Account Management software (ClickUp) to meet goals and deadlines.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sponsored programs.

  • Act as the liaison with other departments to facilitate and ensure accuracy of all partner element activation.

  • Oversee and develop post program evaluations and proof of performance reports for partners.

  • Ensure desired cost margins are achieved by monitoring internal program execution spend

  • Ensure accuracy of school CRM system, with assistance from Business Intelligence team.

  • Oversee multifaceted strategies of school outreach and communications via email and phone to school affiliates, including, but not limited to athletic directors, school counselors, administrators, etc.

  • Participate in proactive and reactive brainstorming for current and prospective clients.

  • Adhere to creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of experience preferably in Account/Project Management and/or Field Marketing

  • Extreme detail orientation with the ability to multi-task, organize, problem solve and prioritize tasks

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with senior level decision makers (both written and verbal)

  • Understanding of CRM databases and marketing support software

  • Proven track record of detailed and successful project management and long-term client relationships

  • Must be creative, well-organized, and possess a strong work-ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing and ever-changing startup environment

  • Strong knowledge of programs and softwares such as Salesforce, Click Up (or similar), OneDrive, etc.
