About the Role
Campus Multimedia is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Designer to join our growing creative team. This role blends graphic design, branding, and creative production—bringing to life our brand partnerships and marketing our unique services. You’ll design across print and digital channels, help build new brand concepts, and craft content that connects schools and brands in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
Design high-quality print and digital assets across marketing, sales, and brand communication channels.
Produce materials including sales presentations, proposals, and conference items to support sales with impactful assets.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement design updates, take feedback constructively, and manage revisions efficiently.
Balance multiple projects at once, maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or multimedia production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Experience designing for large-scale print formats (e.g., signage, banners, event displays), with a strong understanding of print production—beyond digital/web design
Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual content that tells a story and drives action.
Skilled at working within brand guidelines—especially for corporate and national partners.
Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with custom illustration.
Familiarity with education, brand agencies, or community-focused marketing is a plus.
