Sign Up to Get Free Mental Wellness Teacher Kits for Your Classroom Every Month

The Kids Mental Health Foundation gives free expert-created resources to all U.S. communities so everyone can understand and promote mental health for children. 

We are offering free mental wellness classroom kits created by mental health professionals. Each kit has everything you need to teach a mental wellness lesson to up to 30 students in grades 1-5.

Each month’s mental wellness kit includes*:

  • In-class mental wellness activity

  • Teacher Booklet (with background, activity instructions, and conversation starters to help you keep the topic going throughout the month)

  • Caregiver Letter (English and Spanish, sent via email)

  • Student or Teacher Giveaways

*Supplies are limited. You will be contacted via email to confirm your placement in the program. Current kits are intended for 1st-5th grade classrooms only.

Our program has supported over 1,000 teachers in talking with students about mental health and wellness.
